“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.  Matthew 7:7

This promise is from God​; yet in this picture the three-paned transom over the door reminds me that the triune God in His wisdom is over all things.  I am thankful for this as I am not always confident that what I ask for is in His will or is best.  Yet, when He opens a door in response to my earnest prayer, I should joyfully pass through!  Beyond this door were stairs leading upward...yet another picture of the results of following Jesus with an obedient, loving heart.
